Delete your Titi account

Titi ("Titi: AI drugar" on the App Store and Google Play) is developed by Strix Solutions. This page explains how a parent can delete a Titi account and what happens to its data. Na srpskom

Option 1: delete the account in the app

  1. Open Titi and tap Za roditelje (For parents) on the child's screen.
  2. Answer the parental gate: a multiplication written in Serbian words, for example "Koliko je šest puta sedam?" (type 42).
  3. Open the Nalog (Account) tab.
  4. Tap Obriši nalog (Delete account), enter the account password, and tap Obriši nalog zauvek (Delete account forever).

The account is deleted immediately, and this cannot be undone. If the app shows the consent screen instead (for example after you withdrew the permission to send data), scroll to its bottom: Obriši nalog is there too, and no consent is needed to use it. If you have forgotten the password, use option 2.

Option 2: ask us by email

  1. Write to info@strixbuild.com with the subject "Titi — delete account".
  2. Send it from the email address you used for the Titi account. If you write from another address, tell us the account's address. You do not need your password; never send it to us.
  3. We reply to the account's email address to confirm the request, so that nobody else can delete your account.
  4. After you confirm, we delete the account and let you know, within 30 days of your request.

What is deleted

  • The parent's email address and password.
  • The child profile (nickname and age) and the topics the parent blocked.
  • Conversation records: time, duration, and number of exchanges.
  • Safety events, including the fingerprints (hashes) of what the child said.
  • Reports the parent sent, including the reported Titi sentences.
  • Daily usage totals.
  • The devices linked to the account and all sign-in tokens.

Our server does not store voice recordings or conversation text, apart from the reported Titi sentences above, which are deleted. In rare error situations a server log line may contain the text of a Titi reply; logs are overwritten as described below.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Consent records and the account record: the withdrawn consents (type, version, a fingerprint of the text, and the times) and a record that the account existed and when it was closed, without the email address, password, or any child data. We keep them as proof that consent was given, for as long as we may need to show it.
  • Usage and cost records: seconds of speech, amount of text processed, and cost, one record per exchange. After deletion they are no longer linked to your device or account: they keep only the random identifiers of the exchange and of the deleted conversation, and no email address, nickname, or conversation content. We keep them for cost accounting.
  • Server logs: may contain IP addresses, identifiers, the child's age, and blocked topics. They are overwritten on a rolling basis once they reach a fixed size (at most 50 MB per service).
  • OpenAI: keeps conversation data for up to 30 days from when it was sent, for abuse monitoring. We cannot shorten that period.
  • Our database: deleted records may remain in its free space and journal until they are overwritten in normal operation.
  • Your phone: uninstall the app to remove everything it keeps on the phone.

Brisanje Titi naloga (na srpskom)

Titi („Titi: AI drugar" na App Store-u i Google Play-u) pravi Strix Solutions. Nalog briše roditelj, na jedan od dva načina.

1. U aplikaciji

  1. Na ekranu deteta dodirnite Za roditelje.
  2. Rešite zadatak roditeljske kapije (množenje napisano rečima).
  3. Otvorite karticu Nalog.
  4. Dodirnite Obriši nalog, upišite lozinku naloga i dodirnite Obriši nalog zauvek.

Nalog se briše odmah i to se ne može poništiti. Ako aplikacija umesto toga pokazuje ekran pristanaka (na primer pošto ste povukli dozvolu za slanje podataka), idite na dno ekrana: i tamo je Obriši nalog, bez ijednog pristanka. Ako ste zaboravili lozinku, pišite nam.

2. Imejlom

  1. Pišite na info@strixbuild.com, sa naslovom „Titi — brisanje naloga".
  2. Pišite sa adrese kojom ste otvorili Titi nalog. Ako pišete sa druge adrese, navedite adresu naloga. Lozinka nije potrebna; nikad nam je ne šaljite.
  3. Odgovaramo na adresu naloga i tražimo potvrdu, da niko drugi ne bi mogao da obriše vaš nalog.
  4. Posle vaše potvrde brišemo nalog i javljamo vam, najkasnije 30 dana od zahteva.

Šta se briše

  • Imejl adresa i lozinka roditelja.
  • Profil deteta (nadimak i uzrast) i teme koje ste blokirali.
  • Zapisi o razgovorima: vreme, trajanje i broj razmena.
  • Bezbednosni događaji, zajedno sa otiscima (heševima) onoga što je dete reklo.
  • Prijave koje ste poslali, zajedno sa prijavljenim Titijevim rečenicama.
  • Dnevni zbirovi potrošnje.
  • Uređaji vezani za nalog i svi tokeni za prijavu.

Snimke glasa i tekst razgovora naš server ne čuva, osim prijavljenih Titijevih rečenica iz spiska iznad, koje se brišu. U retkim greškama red u logu servera može da sadrži tekst Titijevog odgovora; logovi se prepisuju kako piše ispod.

Šta ostaje i koliko dugo

  • Zapisi o pristancima i o nalogu: povučeni pristanci (vrsta, verzija, otisak teksta i vremena) i zapis da je nalog postojao i kada je ugašen, bez imejla, lozinke i ijednog podatka o detetu. Čuvamo ih kao dokaz da je pristanak dat, dokle god to možemo morati da pokažemo.
  • Zapisi o potrošnji i ceni: sekunde govora, količina obrađenog teksta i cena, po jedan zapis za svaku razmenu. Posle brisanja više nisu vezani ni za vaš uređaj ni za nalog: nose samo nasumične oznake razmene i obrisanog razgovora, bez imejla, nadimka i sadržaja razgovora. Čuvamo ih radi obračuna troškova.
  • Logovi servera: mogu da sadrže IP adrese, oznake, uzrast deteta i blokirane teme. Prepisuju se redom, čim dostignu zadatu veličinu (najviše 50 MB po servisu).
  • OpenAI: podatke razgovora čuva do 30 dana od slanja, radi sprečavanja zloupotrebe. Taj rok ne možemo da skratimo.
  • Naša baza: obrisani zapisi mogu da ostanu u slobodnom prostoru baze i njenom dnevniku dok se ne prepišu tokom rada.
  • Vaš telefon: uklonite aplikaciju da biste obrisali sve što ona čuva na telefonu.
